CloudSpark Venture Fund is a small fund that directs its resources toward creating an environment where small start ups can thrive. In todays world where bringing a brilliant concept to market simply drains the resources of most fresh startup teams, CloudSpark Venture Fund is positioned to improve the ability of entrepreneurs to bring their concepts to market. Providing a space where teams can come and enjoy access to workspace as well as technical and educational assistance is just the first step at CloudSpark. Once our fund is working with you there are many more tools and assets that are provided by theventure fund.
STRATEGY
When starting and building your company, it can be quite overwhelming to think that it is up to you to be the end all be all expert when it comes to the success of your venture. Larger firms with sufficient funding most always have access to multiple sources of in house expertise, but also outside consulting agencies and firms. CloudSpark seeks to bridge the resource gap that exists for small startups looking for the expertise, guidance and mentor-ship to grow into ventures worthy of larger second round funding. Mentor-ship is the key to the success of our program. We want to keep our members in an environment saturated with top notch CEO’s and respected industry players, offering top notch advice and educational experiences. We hope that fostering this mentoring spirit will also spur our alumni to experience the other side of mentorship when they have become seasoned and succesfull. We want to create well rounded experiences for tomorrows well rounded CEO’s, and there is no experience more educational than teaching, for both the teacher and the student. The constant pursuit of excellence through mentorship is our standard, and setting precedents of excellence for entrepreneurs and startups is our mission.
Outsourcing and Process Streamlining
Seeking the expertise of outside firms and labor to handle work that is normally handled in house is a common practice among startups. We provide our members with a pool of affiliates and partners to help with the outsourcing of relavent project tasks so that your business development processes can be streamlined and maximized for efficiency. Founders and key partners are then free to work on the core issues at hand in the development of projects and ventures, as well as spend more time working with consultants and mentors on product development. We are about excellence and we are committed to providing the services and resources that will make your venture stand apart from your competition.
Our program is administered in San Francisco, California at the CloudSpark Campus and Offices. San Francisco is the perfect place for an incubator of young productive minds with many resources publicly available to help usher our teams into the next phase of their development.
